Great downtown location with free parking, which was a huge plus. Very walkable to the convention center, Petco Park, and the Gaslamp area. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly, with several dog parks nearby. There are not many grassy areas directly outside the building, but it was still manageable with our dog. It can be somewhat noisy at times, but that is expected for a downtown location. Having a coffee shop downstairs was also really convenient. Overall, we had a great stay.

Loved this Airbnb! Lovely house in a friendly safe neighbourhood with everything you could need and more! Brooke has put a lot of thought into the place with everything from a blender to laundry pods. I felt very much at home and enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and the backyard in the afternoon. I travelled solo but it would be great for a family or for travelling with friends. The neighbourhood has lots of great restaurants and shops so it is nice for wandering around. I didn’t have a car and the bus stop is a very close 8ish minutes walk away. Brooke is an amazing, accommodating host! I will tell any friends planning to visit San Diego to stay here.

Space had everything I needed and Brooke checked in to make sure everything was good throughout my stay. Location is a fairly quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to walk to some great restaurants/bars. Convenient spot to quickly drive to other parts of San Diego too.

Beautiful place! Looked just like the pictures. It was cool to see the planes coming and going. The noise didn’t bother us at all. Great location. The city view off the balcony was nice! We had a great time. I would stay here again.

Brooke is an amazingly cheerful responsive kind host! Her place is super cute and housed my family during a move which is a very stressful time! She made it so much less stressful!

Brooke è una ottima host. Mi ha sempre aiutato quando ne avevo bisogno. L'appartamento era ben tenuto e rispecchiava le descrizioni. Se posso dare un suggerimento aumenterei la luce in bagno. Spero di poter tornare a stare da lei in futuro.

Absolutely loved Brooke’s place! Stayed with our 2 year old and had plenty to do. Super close to the zoo and park. Great coffee and a cool brewery about a block away. Our son loved the yard too! Will absolutely be back!

Brooke’s house was wonderful for me and my friends’ stay in San Diego. It was less than a 5 min drive to the beach! She made the check in process so smooth with the door code. She answered every question I had before our stay almost immediately. The house was beautiful and clean. Highly reccomend!

Wonderful spot with an excellent backyard! We loved the hot tub and Brooke was accommodating and responsive. The parking spot is easy and off street which is great, its a very walkable area close to everything. Super cute craftsman home and very comfortable beds. The tiny ensuite half bath in the bedroom was great to have.

We loved this place so much we decided to buy our own condo and move here. Really!!! Brooke is a great host and very responsive and helpful. The place could not be located anywhere better. We like walking and all you could need is within a half mile. However, we did huge walks all the way to Little Italy, Seaport Village and everywhere we could. FANTASTIC spot and host!!
