Large loft in the center of the Gaslamp District. 10 min walk to Convention Center and 8 min walk to Petco Park (Ballpark). Literally walk out the door to bars, restaurants and clubs (1-5 min walk). Enjoy the sunshine and downtown views from the south-facing windows *Unfortunately downtown you will experience noise from vehicles, pedestrians, construction, etc. so please keep this in mind when booking

Unfortunately when you live in heart of downtown you will experience noise from vehicles, pedestrians, traffic, construction, etc. Please do not stay downtown if you are looking for silence or peace and quiet. * There are maintanence workers on site during the day attending to repairs and cleaning of the building - they do not have tourist information and cannot provide emergency assistance. I am here to help if you need anything :)

Enjoy all the city has to offer without needing a car! By far the best thing about the apartment is the location. Horton Plaza, Convention Center, ball park and all major transportation hubs are with in a short walk, bike or Uber/Lyft ride. Conveniently located on the border of the Gaslamp and East Village provides a myriad of dining and entertainment options- all by foot! The following are all stated in walking distance: Vons (grocery store): 4 minutes CVS Drugstore: 4 minutes Movie Theater: Across the street! 2 minutes Convention Center: 10 minutes Petco Park: 10 min 24 Hour Fitness Gym: 5 mins Gaslamp Medical Center: 6 mins

Large loft in medium-sized, low-rise condo building built in 2007 (apt is approx 900 sq ft). Perfectly located in the center of all the downtown action. One secured, underground parking spot is included. Washer and Dryer in unit.

As a local to the area i can confirm this is an excellent location if you want a safe area that is easily walkable to great restaurants, nightlife & shopping, parks (incl. petco park), convention center, markets, & waterfronts. If you will need parking you will treasure the designated, on-site indoor secured parking spot the host includes, which adds great value the listing. If traveling without a car the location is perfect & having the parking available for anyone who might come see you. An onsite gym = more bang for your buck. Had home I movement projects happening and wanted to stay somewhere else for a few days - but I live just a few blocks from this place and am happy to know of a place that is close that I can recommend for people who come visit because it's really a great value for all that this listing has to offer.

It was as described! It’s definitely in the middle of the hustle and bustle of things. Walkable to a bunch a fine dining/casual dining, bars and petco (but go DODGERS)! Would definitely comeback. It does get noisy on the weekend at night so be prepared . When we stayed, the call button from the garage for the elevator wasn’t working. We had to go to the lobby to take the elevator. It was for everybody in the building not just us, so no fault to the host. Just thought I’d mention it. Also, the towels were super fluffy!

Lily was a great host, very responsive and provided great instructions for accessing the space. The location is amazing, so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance in almost every direction. Place was clean and the living space was well oriented and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.
