Guests staying in the other units do not have access to these amenities or the driveway. - This property is located on a lot with two additional private units, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space. - Guests may occasionally use the side path to access their unit, but your indoor and outdoor spaces remain private throughout your stay. - The private driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles but is long and narrow. Larger trucks and oversized SUVs may find street parking more convenient. - Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. - No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. - 420-friendly. Cannabis use is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly and be respectful of neighboring properties.
