Please Note: - This property is located on a lot with a separate Main House. - The one-bedroom apartment and detached studio are reserved exclusively for your reservation. Each has its own private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor space. - You may occasionally see Main House guests arriving or leaving, but your privacy is respected throughout your stay. - The backyard, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and main driveway are reserved for Main House guests only. - Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. - No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. - 420-friendly. Cannabis use is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly and be respectful of neighboring properties.
