You will be renting the main house and the guesthouse will be occupied by myself or a tenant.

Please let me know if you are interested in bringing a pet and we'll go from there :) -The neighborhood is a very quiet and this is not a party house so please look elsewhere if you're looking to rage. Quiet hours STRICTLY observed between 9pm-8am. -There is a security camera located in the front yard for safety. It does not record sound or images. This is to deter delivery/package theft. There are Ring Doorbell cameras at the front door and yard entrance. There is a camera pointed at the backyard. -The property is split between the house and a small studio guesthouse -My house was built in 1929 and while it is full of character, you may find it lacks some modern conveniences (ie: older plumbing, smaller closets, smaller spaces overall! :) ~420 Friendly~

My home is located in the southern part of the hipster community of North Park. The neighborhood is mostly residential with Spanish-style and Craftsman single family homes. Many of these homes are designated as San Diego historical properties (they are 100+ years old!) I love the neighborhood for it's close proximity to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, downtown/Gaslamp District, San Diego Convention Center, Sea World and Beaches.
Guest Access
-The house, yard and driveway are all yours. Please do not disturb the garage apartment or the storage shed -The neighborhood is a very quiet and this is not a party house so please look elsewhere if you're looking to rage

Location
You certainly can get around using the bus, bikes, Bird Scooters and taxis/Uber but you will have a lot more flexibility and freedom with a car. PARKING: You can park on the right side of the driveway or anywhere on 32nd street without a red curb. -If you have a large vehicle that does not fit in the driveway you can park it on the concrete slab (parking spot) in the backyard. The fence is pretty heavy so I would only park a car back there if you aren't going to use it often.
