This property includes three separate living spaces on one lot: the Main House, a private one-bedroom apartment, and a detached studio—all reserved exclusively for your group. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. The hot tub is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. The driveway is long and narrow and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Larger vehicles may prefer street parking.
