I had a great time at Brooke’s this past weekend. She was very responsive and approved my stay quickly. The place was clean, looked like the pictures, and was easy to check-in. I really appreciated the last minute booking!

We had a great stay at Lily’s place while our home was under repair. The house was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable, and it was nice being so close to restaurants and Balboa Park. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run around, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

As a local to the area i can confirm this is an excellent location if you want a safe area that is easily walkable to great restaurants, nightlife & shopping, parks (incl. petco park), convention center, markets, & waterfronts. If you will need parking you will treasure the designated, on-site indoor secured parking spot the host includes, which adds great value the listing. If traveling without a car the location is perfect & having the parking available for anyone who might come see you. An onsite gym = more bang for your buck. Had home I movement projects happening and wanted to stay somewhere else for a few days - but I live just a few blocks from this place and am happy to know of a place that is close that I can recommend for people who come visit because it's really a great value for all that this listing has to offer.

Brookes place is right at the edge of Little Italy. It’s just as it’s described. You are in the direct path of the airplanes which is mentioned in the listing but you barely even hear them inside the Airbnb. We found parking in front of the home and just took Ubers everywhere. It is centrally located to everything. As a family of 6 with a dog this place was perfect for us. Brooke is very responsive and is a proactive host.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It felt safe and was relatively quiet. Yeah, there was the airline traffic, but honestly it wasn’t super noticeable. It was walkable to Little Italy. It was a nice 30 min walk to the USS Midway too. Lily was extremely responsive and kind.

Our stay in San Diego was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal - just a short walk to little Italy and convenient to great restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful patio. The host was responsive.

It was as described! It’s definitely in the middle of the hustle and bustle of things. Walkable to a bunch a fine dining/casual dining, bars and petco (but go DODGERS)! Would definitely comeback. It does get noisy on the weekend at night so be prepared . When we stayed, the call button from the garage for the elevator wasn’t working. We had to go to the lobby to take the elevator. It was for everybody in the building not just us, so no fault to the host. Just thought I’d mention it. Also, the towels were super fluffy!

Brooke’s place was fantastic for our weekend trip. She was prompt to respond to messages and able to accommodate our arrival/departure. The house was clean and comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Thanks again for being a great host!
