My home is located in the southern part of the hipster community of North Park. The neighborhood is mostly residential with Spanish-style and Craftsman single family homes. Many of these homes are designated as San Diego historical properties (they are 100+ years old!)
Guest Access
Location
You certainly can get around using the bus, bikes, Bird Scooters and taxis/Uber but you will have a lot more flexibility and freedom with a car. PARKING: You can park on the right side of the driveway or anywhere on 32nd street without a red curb. -If you have a large vehicle that does not fit in the driveway you can park it on the concrete slab (parking spot) in the backyard.
