Good to know

This is a newly renovated Casita with a large private patio (200 sq ft of additional living space!) This is a very "cozy" (aka small) unit but it provides everything you need to be comfortable during your stay in San Diego. There is a full kitchen, private bathroom, comfy queen size bed, 32" TV, dining table/desk and chairs. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, full size fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has basic supplies including pots, pans, knives, cutting board, cooking utensils, flatware and dishes. There is a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a space heater for those chilly winter nights. Extra blankets and pillows are in the wardrobe along with hangers, ironing board and iron. Please feel free to store your belongings in the wardrobe. The bathroom contains a stand up shower, sink, toilet. There is a hair dryer. The patio has a large table with umbrella and 4 chairs.

My home is located in the southern part of the hipster community of North Park. The neighborhood is mostly residential with Spanish-style and Craftsman single family homes. Many of these homes are designated as San Diego historical properties (they are 100+ years old!)

Guest Access

-The guesthouse and private patio are all yours. Please do not disturb the main house, storage shed and driveway -The neighborhood is a very quiet and this is not a party house so please look elsewhere if you're looking to rage

I loved staying here. The place was perfect for my needs and came just as described. Lily was a great host and was very responsive to communication. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. If I need to stay in SD long term in the future, I'll be staying here!

Thank you so much! This was a lovely place to stay and I loved walking around to discover little neighborhoods. It was easy to get to public transport or catch a Lyft/uber. Lily was great- easy to reach and helpful. Would recommend an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light in the morning but super easy fix and just loved my stay. Restful and fun! I hope to come again!

Awesome location - walkable to a lot of great restaurants in North and South Park. Lily was an incredibly responsive and proactive host who made sure I had what I needed. Street parking was available and easy to grab a spot. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The casita is lovely - it has all the essentials and more. It was very comfortable and clean. The neighbourhood is charming and walkable and there are a few great cafes and bars nearby. Lily is a great host - she's responsive, friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to meet her and her doggo in person - what a joy! Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely time staying here. It was quite, private and local. It’s really close to some coffee shops and restaurants. Also, a short drive from the beach and also Balboa Park. We would stay here again next time we are in San Diego.

You certainly can get around using the bus, bikes, Scooters and taxis/Uber but you will have a lot more flexibility and freedom with a car. PARKING: There is ample parking on 32nd St and Palm Ave. I have never, ever had an issue parking.
